美人寿司とは

「女ひとり寿司」の著者、湯山玲子がひとりで高級寿司屋をクルージングしているうちに、思いついた、
派手派手な振り袖姿で寿司を握る、出張寿司パフォーマンス＜美人寿司＞プロジェクト。
湯山が出前するのは寿司だけではありません。
着物を着た湯山自身と湯山が寿司を握るというパフォーマンスも出前としてお届けします。

ちなみに、湯山玲子は、着物という日本の伝統的衣装を、”ステキな“拘束着”にたとえています。

日本の伝統の寿司と着物とヒップなクラブカルチャーがとびきり魅力的でチャーミングな形で結実した、チルアウトでもない、ラウンジでもない、新しいクラブ空間の創出と実験のイベントなのです。

"Bijin Sushi” project
While Reiko Yuyama was cruising high-class sushi restaurants by herself, she came up with this sounds crazy idea such as sushi performance in furisode, the Japanese kimono with long sleeves.

“Biking Sushi” means “ Sushi master, the Beauty.” Yuyama delivers not only sushi but also herself and her performances as “Bijin Sushi.”

By the way, Yuyama thinks Japanese kimono as fabulous restrained clothes for ladies in Japan.

Finally, Yuyama’s idea has been fulfilled as this "Bijin Sushi” project with Japanese Sushi, kimono and hip club culture.
